Senior Software Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day-to-day operational tasks on incident management, ‘process housekeeping’, managing EIB Loads, supporting HR Operations
- Advise and challenge the business on Workday solutions within our areas of expertise
- Handle Change Requests by impact assessing, solutioning, testing and delivering
- Working agile in Scrum teams
- Participate in release management assessing and testing new features
- Participate in strategic projects implementing new features, enhancements and additional systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of practical configuration of preferably Workday
- Great knowledge in HR Processes and HR Data
- Specialized in one or more of the following functional areas of Workday: HR Core, Absence, Global Mobility and/or Security
- Proactive work approach and an independent style of working
- Quick learner and an open and team-oriented colleague who enjoys working both independently and in teams
