About the role

  • Define, implement, and maintain Responsible Supervision and Control (RS&C) standards
  • Serve as the accountable executive for customs brokerage compliance programs
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activity and remediation
  • Lead trade compliance and consulting services including classification, valuation, auditing
  • Support client onboarding, compliance assessments, and business reviews
  • Lead and mentor compliance and consulting teams
  • Oversee multi-tiered training programs for employees and clients
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance metrics reporting

Requirements

  • Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required)
  • Minimum 15 years of customs brokerage and trade compliance experience
