About the role
- Drive IFS EAM optimization and strategy.
- Lead the continuous improvement of IFS Enterprise Asset Management, including Work Order Management, Asset Registry, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Contribute to the IFS roadmap, helping define priorities, solution design, and long-term improvements.
- Ensure IFS solutions follow best practices, governance standards, and support business needs.
- Enhance maintenance, planning, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Improve mobile maintenance solutions (e.g., IFS Mobile Work Order) to enhance field efficiency.
- Strengthen integration between maintenance, inventory, finance, and project costing for improved control and reporting.
- Use asset and maintenance data to improve forecasting, asset reliability, and performance.
- Support enhancements and integrations with external systems using IFS Connect, APIs, and related tools.
- Work with technical teams and partners to improve system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with asset management, engineering, operations, and technology teams.
- Support business process improvements, workflow design, and adoption of best practices.
- Provide insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Provide leadership across projects and initiatives.
- Support problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong documentation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience, with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud.
- Proven leadership experience, including leading teams, projects, or implementations.
- Experience delivering end-to-end IFS EAM implementations and optimization initiatives.
- Background working with asset-intensive industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, energy, maritime, or similar).
- IFS certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of IFS EAM modules, including maintenance, planning, asset management, and integrations.
- Experience improving asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and asset performance analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and influence across business and technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
