About the role

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for the LCL product across key trade lanes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, and key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of the company’s LCL services
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and trade dynamics
  • Monitor LCL market trends and provide insights for product positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Work closely with pricing, procurement, and operations teams to design competitive LCL offerings
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into operational execution
  • Partner with marketing to develop promotional materials and specific campaigns
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track progress against business targets
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on customer acquisition, trade performance, and business opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial engineer, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation
  • LCL experience is mandatory
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations (especially LCL consolidation, pricing, allocation, and trade lane management)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commercial acumen with strong customer orientation
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate opportunities and market potential
  • English fluency
