About the role

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and operations.
  • Lead the integration of new financial technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Manage the change process, including communication, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure finance transformation initiatives meet those needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business controlling, projects role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
