About the role
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and operations.
- Lead the integration of new financial technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Manage the change process, including communication, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure finance transformation initiatives meet those needs.
- Ensuring all finance transformation activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate any associated risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business controlling, projects role or similar.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
