About the role

  • Map customer needs and propose "end to end" services that meet customer needs/pain points.
  • Manage assigned customers and budget base.
  • Pursue and secure business in line with the corporate and regional objectives.
  • Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities.
  • Strive for consultative sales.
  • Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
  • Analyze competitive and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Spanish speaker, French will be a plus.
  • Previous experience on a position of Area Sales rep or Business Development Manager with a good experience in the business (5 years minimum).
  • Very good understanding of the French Customer needs.
  • Good experience of customer facing role(s).
  • Exceptional planning and structuring of work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic but highly structured environment with strong competencies in English and proficiency in enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, etc.), Microsoft Office package, CRM, SCM.
  • Consultative & solution selling.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Effective teamwork.
