About the role

  • Support the development and execution of regional sales strategies
  • Focus on commercial GTM development, sales enablement, and digital transformation
  • Partner with Product, Vertical leaders, Program Management, and frontline sales teams
  • Drive annual Sales GTM reviews and strengthen the interface between Product and Sales
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses
  • Monitor GTM performance and recommend adjustments for improvement
  • Build impactful enablement materials and support training programs
  • Partner with Account Owners during annual account planning
  • Support initiatives that embed AI, automation, and digital tools

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, commercial development, or related business roles
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and growth opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort working with large data sets and high proficiency in Excel
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
