About the role

  • Develop and price tailored inland transport solutions (FCL, road, rail)
  • Design competitive, market-aligned pricing strategies that balance cost and value
  • Support tenders, RFPs, and commercial opportunities with creative, data-driven solutions
  • Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to Maersk’s inland business plan
  • Execute the Go-to-Market approach, ensuring inland services are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to customers
  • Monitor market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer insights to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues to ensure consistency and shared success across the Nordics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, inland/rail logistics, or solution pricing
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on value creation
  • In-depth knowledge of inland transportation and market dynamics in Sweden/Nordics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
