About the role
- Develop and price tailored inland transport solutions (FCL, road, rail)
- Design competitive, market-aligned pricing strategies that balance cost and value
- Support tenders, RFPs, and commercial opportunities with creative, data-driven solutions
- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to Maersk’s inland business plan
- Execute the Go-to-Market approach, ensuring inland services are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to customers
- Monitor market intelligence, pricing trends, and customer insights to refine strategies
- Collaborate with Growth Enablement colleagues to ensure consistency and shared success across the Nordics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, inland/rail logistics, or solution pricing
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on value creation
- In-depth knowledge of inland transportation and market dynamics in Sweden/Nordics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
