About the role

  • Deliver IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders in-line with business objectives and operational requirements
  • Provide professional IT service delivery
  • Drive system usage, and support digitalization and innovation initiatives
  • Manage IT deliverables across logistics systems (WMS, TMS, RFID, etc.)
  • Track delivery progress using project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS projects)
  • Ensure quality and timeline in-line with overall plan committed with stakeholders
  • Join workshops for drafting BRD and SDD
  • Perform system configuration, report development, unit testing, system testing
  • Conduct super user training and support users during Go-live
  • Develop labels, reports, and interfaces as needed
  • Coordinate resolution for issues during testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent practices
  • 10+ years of working experience in IT
  • 5+ years of working experience in system implementation and digitalization
  • Knowledge of supply chain execution in verticals: distribution center, fulfillment warehouse, x-dock, service logistics, etc.
  • Knowledge of supply chain’s core systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, CMS, etc.
  • Programming skills using 1+ coding language, Excel VBA, PowerBI
  • Good command of English skills.
