About the role
- Supervises booking and quotations on LCL import/export
- Handles entries, completes Bill of Lading and sea freight documents
- Supervises carrier booking transactions and follows the billing
- Maintains relationships with Maersk offices, customers, and vendors
- Offers assistance in customer query resolution in Hungarian and English
- Data processing and reports
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the shipping industry, import and export
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English
