About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble complete water softener units on a final assembly line including tanks, control valves, resin tanks, plumbing and electrical components
- Follow standard work instructions, visual aids, and assembly specifications to ensure accurate and consistent builds
- Perform visual and functional quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Identify and report defective parts, quality concerns or equipment issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation in accordance with 5S and safety requirements
- Accurately complete production counts and required documentation
- Support cross-training and assist in other assembly or production areas as needed
- Follow all safety policies, work rules and PPE requirements at all times
