About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshooting and repairing issues on production equipment, facilities and grounds
- Performing regular PM orders and work orders on equipment in a safe and timely manner using LOTO procedures
- Entering and completing tasks into SAP work order system
- Keeping the Supervisor and/or Lead informed of breakdowns and status of issues and condition of machinery being repaired or serviced
- Instructing and training new and transferred employees into the maintenance department on duties, methods, order and frequency of assigned work
- Analyzing and resolving work problems, or assisting workers in solving work problems and verifying quality of work completed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's degree in advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical & hydraulics with 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma with 5 years of manufacturing experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLC’s in lieu of Associates degree
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be willing to work occasional opposite shift, call in and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- SAP experience preferred
