Own the day-to-day technology delivery
Build and maintain a technology roadmap
Position technology as a business enabler
Provide technology governance
Evaluate emerging technologies
Lead and optimise Microsoft technology stack
Oversee Microsoft 365 environment
Own Power BI strategy
Champion and govern AI strategy
Lead, mentor and develop a distributed technology team
Act as a senior technical authority in client engagements
Build and maintain strategic supplier and partner relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in technical leadership or senior engineering roles
A track record of delivering technology change
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams
Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
Experience engaging with clients and partners as a trusted technical advisor
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Business Central
Understanding of modern AI tools
Experience with automation technologies and scripting
