About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Define and implement account plans to grow enterprise clients and large Systems Integrators (SIs), ensuring long-term profitability
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, delivering tailored solutions
  • Drive structured sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline tracking, and deal closure using CRM tools
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights on pipeline health, sales performance, and customer engagement
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margin performance
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Partner with Solutions, Delivery, Finance, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead, coach, and inspire global sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, compliance standards, and cross-functional coordination
  • Provide leadership in dynamic environments, guiding teams through evolving market conditions and client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of sales experience in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer landscape
  • Proven experience managing enterprise clients and large Systems Integrators (SIs)
  • Strong understanding of global IT service delivery models, including field services and outsourcing
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, enterprise sales, and complex deal structuring (MSA/SOW)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes
  • Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Procurement) and influencing decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen (forecasting, pricing, margin management, value-based selling)
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management (pipeline analytics, forecasting accuracy)
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, global or distributed teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration
