About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive project plans for new store technology deployments from pre-build through to go-live
- Manage stakeholder communication across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate delivery of network infrastructure, retail technology (POS/EPOS), and AV systems across each site
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately
- Produce clear, timely project reporting for senior stakeholders
- Liaise across EMEA time zones to maintain programme momentum
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable project management experience, ideally with a recognised methodology (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
- Proven track record delivering technology projects in a retail environment
- New store openings experience is a strong advantage
- Practical knowledge of network infrastructure, retail technology, and AV systems
- East coast based preferred to support EMEA coordination windows
- Strong communicator
