About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and integrate customer data
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies
- Discuss and sell various services to clients
- Provide written and oral instructions to direct reports
- Prepare important documents for import customs clearance
- Manage aging/unresolved audits
- Resolve customer concerns and problems regarding billing and tracking shipments
- Perform routine and periodic Relationship Reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of recent customs brokerage experience
- Certified Customs Specialist (preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
