About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processing and assimilating customer data to support the movement of goods between international borders
Acts as the customer service liaison between the company and the customer(s)
Resolves problems (i.e. billing, tracking shipments) and handles customer concerns
Processes Customs and PGA (Participating Government Agency) entries for clearance of goods into the United States
Communicates with specific offices, departments, and teams on all issues affecting customs brokerage

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school Diploma/GED
3+ years of Customs brokerage experience
Previous experience keying customs entries
Previous experience with PGAs i.e. FDA, LACEY, EPA etc.
