About the role
- Ensure adherence to export laws and regulations while collaborating with internal teams
- manage service delivery, nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities for revenue growth
- maintain compliance and profitability in operations
- manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- develop, implement, and maintain export policies and procedures
- perform audits and reviews of all export filings and ensure compliance with all export regulatory requirements
- foster an environment that motivates team members to enhance their performance and professional development
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- minimum of seven years of experience in export laws and regulations
- five years in a supervisory role
- thorough understanding of export regulations, logistics, and TSA’s cargo security requirements
- ability to stay informed about industry trends and navigate complex international trade laws
- certification as a Certified Export Specialist (CES) is desired
