About the role
- Active Sourcing (approx. 50%) You will search LinkedIn and other channels for suitable candidates for our open roles.
- You will build and maintain our talent pools — working in a structured, conscientious way with attention to detail.
- You will proactively reach out to interesting talent and follow up persistently.
- You will support the team with basic reporting and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
- Candidate Management (approx. 50%) You will guide candidates through the application process — from first contact to contract signing.
- You will listen carefully, take candidate preferences seriously, and make candidates feel they are in good hands with us.
- You will support interviews, help prepare offers together with the team, and always maintain an open ear.
- You will help create the perfect match between candidate and company — or forward promising talent to the sales team.
Requirements
- You don’t need to be an expert — interest, motivation, and enthusiasm for recruiting are enough.
- You are passionate about recruiting, people, and careers.
- You are communicative, open, and enjoy proactively reaching out to others.
- You work in a structured and conscientious way — even when things get busy.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required — ideal for a career switch into recruiting!
