About the role
- Active sourcing: Fill and maintain candidate pipelines for assignments with high potential.
- Candidate research using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM.
- Initial outreach & follow-ups with candidates.
- Reporting and communication to Candidate Management and Project Management.
- Communicate with candidates who are actively in the application process.
- Capture and process candidates' wishes and needs.
- Prepare, conduct & evaluate candidate interviews.
- Initiate, prepare, and finalize job offers and contracts with candidates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally with experience in HR.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Organizational talent and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Result orientation & persistence.
- You are extroverted and enjoy daily interaction with talent.
