• Developing innovative structuring solutions for private equity sponsors, institutional credit providers and asset managers, often collaborating closely with specialist teams across Investment Funds, Tax, Corporate and Regulatory practices.
• Advising on a wide variety of fund finance transactions, including subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities.
• Providing strategic advice on regulatory considerations affecting structured finance and capital markets transactions in conjunction with colleagues in our Financial Regulatory Group.
• Taking an active role in client relationship management, business development initiatives, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.
