• Providing an end-to-end legal secretarial service for a partner and other lawyers

• Supporting the Marketing Managers and select Practice Groups with all Marketing communications, campaigns presentations and digital marketing activity.
• Assist with the co-ordination and execution of Marketing campaigns, including online content and the design and production of marketing collateral.
• Assist with the compilation and co-ordination of submissions to external legal publications/directories that evaluate and rank law firms. Management of these important relationships.
• Support and work with the wider marketing and communications teams on the preparation of content for events, promotional videos and associated PR.
