About the role
- Managing a portfolio of automobile or property (P&C) claims
- Managing a portfolio of material-damage recovery claims
- Receiving claim notifications by email and customer calls, and supporting customers through the file processing until closure
- Involvement in establishing and sustaining our partnerships
Requirements
- You hold a degree in law and/or insurance
- You have validated experience in claims handling of at least one to two years
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Customer satisfaction is your priority: you know how to listen and show empathy
- You are rigorous and methodical
- You enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a team spirit
