About the role
- Manage a portfolio of home insurance (MRH) claims
- Manage a portfolio of property subrogation (recourse) claims
- Receive claim notifications via email and customer calls
- Support the claims handling process from file opening through to closure
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our partnerships
Requirements
- Degree in law and/or insurance
- At least 3 years' proven experience in claims management
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Customer-focused, with strong listening skills and empathy
- Rigour and methodical approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
