About the role
- Managing a portfolio of home insurance (MRH) claims
- Managing a portfolio of material recovery claims
- Receiving claim declarations by email and by phone and supporting clients through the claim handling process until file closure
- Involvement in the establishment and long-term maintenance of our partnerships
Requirements
- You hold a degree in law and/or insurance
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in claims management
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Customer satisfaction is your priority; you are a good listener and demonstrate empathy
- You are thorough and methodical
- You enjoy working independently while maintaining a team spirit
