About the role

  • Provide great service to members, processing member transactions and identifying their financial needs.
  • Cross-sell appropriate products and services to current and prospective members.
  • Operate, maintain, and balance a cash drawer.
  • Assist members with opening/closing basic types of accounts.
  • Update account information and assist members with loan applications.
  • Perform stop payments and process wire transfers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months work experience (sales, teller, and/or personal banker experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of math/computer skills.
