About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the business problem behind each request before defining the solution and what needs to be built
Develop and maintain websites and landing pages for the group's brands
Work on the front end using HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind
Work on the back end with PHP and Python/Django
Connect pages to lead capture systems and CRMs, including HubSpot and related systems
Maintain and enhance lead capture forms, landing pages, and widgets
Fix and improve integrations with CRM systems
Diagnose and fix bugs in pages and integrations between front end, back end, and third‑party services
Monitor deliveries after deployment, providing ongoing support and continuous improvements
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Document code and technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to build and adjust pages independently
Practical knowledge of REST APIs, including authentication, requests, and data parsing
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Comfortable working with multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders from different areas
Good communication skills to report issues and align solutions with non‑technical teams
