About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and refine the user journey strategy with a focus on retention and engagement;
Create and structure communication strategies for end users, aligned with business objectives;
Monitor and analyze retention and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and producing strategic insights;
Support the Product team in implementing improvements, partnering with the Data team to create and refine user segmentations;
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and analyzing customer journeys with a focus on retention and engagement;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions;
Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and processing;
Experience with satisfaction surveys (CSAT, NPS);
Intermediate knowledge of CRM tools.
Differentials:
Experience in the education sector;
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
