About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, monitor and analyze CAPEX investments, ensuring alignment with the budget, strategic goals and business priorities;
Build clear and concise reports, dashboards and executive presentations that support leadership in strategic decision-making;
Prepare forecasts, financial projections and project feasibility analyses, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve return on investment;
Collaborate with different business areas, translating complex data into actionable insights and practical recommendations;
Support CAPEX tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency, compliance with internal policies and continuous updates to leadership;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning processes, proposing solutions that increase the efficiency and accuracy of analyses;
Participate in multidisciplinary strategic projects, providing analytical and financial support for the company’s critical decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
Experience in FP&A, financial planning, preparing forecasts and executive reporting;
Advanced Excel (financial modeling and dashboard creation);
Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and budgeting;
Analytical, strategic, organized and proactive profile;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
**Preferred qualifications:**
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or Strategic Management;
Experience with financial modeling (DCF, multiples, LBO);
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or other data analysis tools;
Experience with planning, tracking and reporting CAPEX.
