About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, document, and evolve brand positioning and narratives
Develop and maintain brand books, frameworks, and guardrails
Conduct brand diagnostics and audits, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints
Monitor the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for evolution
Work cross-functionally with Product, Content, Marketing, and RevOps, influencing decision-making
Translate learnings and data into strategic recommendations
Leverage AI and new tools to increase productivity and accelerate analyses and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Branding, Brand Strategy, or related areas (a plus)
Experience in Branding, Brand Strategy, or Brand Management
Proven experience in building brand positioning and managing brands
Knowledge of frameworks such as Aaker, Keller, and Jobs-to-be-Done
Ability to translate strategic concepts into clear documents, narratives, and guidelines
Familiarity with benchmarking, social listening, and market analysis
Strong collaboration and communication with creative and business teams
Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
Excellent written communication and systemic thinking
