Key responsibilities & impact

Create assets and variations for campaigns, paid media, websites, CRM, social media and other brand touchpoints within your cluster;
Turn concepts and key visuals into scalable visual systems, ensuring consistency across formats and channels;
Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to develop concepts and end-to-end campaigns;
Use AI tools and pipelines, including trained prompts and agents, to accelerate adaptations and generate large-scale variations;
Ensure adherence to brand systems, respecting hierarchy, typography, color, and branding guidelines;
Perform critical review and audit of your deliverables before publication;
Contribute to the evolution of the team's creative processes, tools, and workflows.

What you’ll need

Proficiency in image-generative AI: Midjourney, basic ComfyUI, Ideogram, and Runway;
Fluency with generative AI tools applied to the creative process;
Strong command of Figma (required) and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Ability to work within visual systems (not only create from scratch);
Applied knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory;
Basic motion design knowledge (basic After Effects is a plus);
Ability to read and interpret creative performance data.
