About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various areas and levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company culture;
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers, understanding the area context, position challenges, and expected technical and behavioral competencies;
  • Build and execute attraction, advertising and sourcing strategies, using multiple recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Gupy, talent pool, referrals, communities, social media and other sourcing sources;
  • Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews and assess technical, behavioral and cultural fit;
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making by providing analyses, market insights, candidate comparisons and recommendations on evaluated profiles;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear, welcoming and transparent communication;
  • Prepare interview reports and record relevant information in the recruitment and selection system;
  • Manage offer stages, negotiation and closing with final candidates in partnership with the involved areas;
  • Monitor recruitment and selection metrics such as SLA, selection funnel, candidate volume, conversion per stage, reasons for refusal and hiring quality;
  • Maintain and develop a talent pool for recurring positions and future business needs;
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to help strengthen the company's employer brand;
  • Partner with the HR team on hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from selection to hire and the new hire's arrival;
  • Propose continuous improvements to recruitment processes, tools, communications and the experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Established experience in recruitment and selection, conducting end-to-end processes;
  • Experience with competency-based interviews and behavioral profile assessment;
  • Experience with active sourcing/hunting and using multiple attraction channels, especially LinkedIn;
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection tools such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms;
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, organize priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to the recruitment process;
  • Ease in building relationships with leaders and acting as a consultative business partner;
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition trends, candidate experience, employer branding and the labor market.
