Key responsibilities & impact

Contact delinquent customers in the post-sale period regarding products;
Identify and understand the reasons for delinquency, seeking the best approach for each situation;
Conduct collections negotiations in a consultative and strategic manner;
Update customer information and negotiation records in internal systems;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree;
Experience in customer service;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Strong verbal communication and clarity when handling customer interactions;
Negotiation skills and ability to manage collection discussions;
Consultative approach, focused on customer experience and issue resolution;
Experience updating and recording information in systems;
Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
