About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the team by promoting training and capacity-building initiatives focused on professional growth;
- Provide structured feedback and monitor individual and team performance;
- Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing emotional intelligence and effective communication;
- Ensure the pedagogical quality of produced materials, aligned with best educational practices;
- Monitor and present performance and productivity metrics using BI;
- Plan and implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Literature, Communications, Instructional Design, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Distance Education (EAD), Instructional Design, or Project Management (desirable);
- Training in people management and project management (desirable);
- E-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms;
- BI tools for metrics analysis;
- AI tools applied to education (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.);
- ADDIE and SAM models, andragogy, microlearning, and active learning methodologies;
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Familiarity with UX/UI for digital education.
