Key responsibilities & impact

Interface with the Business Team: act as the focal point for communications with clients
Intercultural strategic planning: develop the high-level delivery plan
Agenda and knowledge base management: maintain and manage the company's internal system
Stakeholder and vendor management: coordinate engagement with clients, teams, and suppliers
Project monitoring: track the performance of production teams
Status reporting and executive follow-up: lead regular status meetings with stakeholders
Project financial management: monitor budgets and entries in control systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy/Education, Languages, Engineering, or related fields)
Fluent or native Spanish (daily use with LATAM stakeholders)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (analysis, controls, and KPIs)
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, International Business, or Education (advantage)
Experience working on projects or operating in Latin American countries (advantage)
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Kanban) (advantage)
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) applied to productivity (advantage)
