About the role

  • Interface with the Business Team: act as the focal point for communications with clients
  • Intercultural strategic planning: develop the high-level delivery plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy/Education, Languages, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Fluent or native Spanish (daily use with LATAM stakeholders)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (analysis, controls, and KPIs)
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, International Business, or Education (advantage)
  • Experience working on projects or operating in Latin American countries (advantage)
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Kanban) (advantage)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) applied to productivity (advantage)
