About the role
- Interface with the Business Team: act as the focal point for communications with clients
- Intercultural strategic planning: develop the high-level delivery plan
- Agenda and knowledge base management: maintain and manage the company's internal system
- Stakeholder and vendor management: coordinate engagement with clients, teams, and suppliers
- Project monitoring: track the performance of production teams
- Status reporting and executive follow-up: lead regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Project financial management: monitor budgets and entries in control systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communication, Pedagogy/Education, Languages, Engineering, or related fields)
- Fluent or native Spanish (daily use with LATAM stakeholders)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (analysis, controls, and KPIs)
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, International Business, or Education (advantage)
- Experience working on projects or operating in Latin American countries (advantage)
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Kanban) (advantage)
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) applied to productivity (advantage)
