About the role

  • Build, test and optimize prompts for AI agents with a focus on commercial performance (conversion, engagement and qualification);
  • Adapt language, flows and approach according to customer profile and funnel stage;
  • Monitor agent performance (volume, responses, conversion and bottlenecks);
  • Identify journey failures and propose continuous improvements;
  • Serve as a bridge between the sales team and technical areas (IT/product);
  • Translate business needs into technical adjustments for the agent;
  • Define and track funnel metrics (MQL → SAL → SQL → Sale);
  • Create dashboards and reports for performance analysis;
  • Propose improvements to the lead experience and the agent-led journey;
  • Run tests and experiments (A/B, variations in approach, etc.).

Requirements

  • Experience with commercial processes (B2C or inside sales);
  • Hands-on experience with sales funnels and conversion metrics;
  • Experience with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets or BI tools);
  • Ability to structure flows and customer journeys;
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical teams.
  • Preferred / Nice to have:
  • Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering;
  • Knowledge of automation tools (chatbots, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.);
  • Familiarity with conversational UX;
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization;
  • Familiarity with integrations or system logic.
