About the role
- Continuously improve sales processes, training, and performance development for the sales team
- Identify bottlenecks and development opportunities to increase conversion rates
- Lead initiatives related to postgraduate products
- Create and maintain up-to-date team documentation
- Identify and develop materials and training that are actively used by sales representatives
- Structure and monitor a training schedule, ensuring measurement of results for each action
- Manage sales tools, monitoring metrics, use cases, and outcomes
- Provide regular feedback to sales and customer service teams
- Monitor and promote continuous improvement of the sales process
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
- Experience with a CRM platform
- Experience with WhatsApp customer service platforms (Blip is a plus)
- Data analysis skills: ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in consultative selling
- Knowledge of sales methodologies
