About the role

  • Lead the development of marketing plans for educational products and solutions
  • Organize schedules for campaigns, launches and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to market, competitor and target audience analyses
  • Support the definition of campaign positioning and messaging
  • Assist in preparing briefs for content, design, media and CRM teams
  • Monitor campaign execution together with specialist teams
  • Update the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support the design of marketing journeys and funnels for campaigns
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and consolidate performance reports
  • Support portfolio management and go-to-market initiatives
  • Participate in alignment meetings with Product, Editorial and Sales teams
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in planning or executing marketing campaigns
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple demands
  • Analytical capability for monitoring metrics
  • Experience creating briefs and schedules
  • Strong communication and ability to build relationships with partner teams
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel and customer journeys (desirable)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Analytical, results-oriented profile
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Collaborative team player
