About the role
- Lead the development of marketing plans for educational products and solutions
- Organize schedules for campaigns, launches and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to market, competitor and target audience analyses
- Support the definition of campaign positioning and messaging
- Assist in preparing briefs for content, design, media and CRM teams
- Monitor campaign execution together with specialist teams
- Update the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across teams
- Support the design of marketing journeys and funnels for campaigns
- Monitor marketing KPIs and consolidate performance reports
- Support portfolio management and go-to-market initiatives
- Participate in alignment meetings with Product, Editorial and Sales teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in planning or executing marketing campaigns
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple demands
- Analytical capability for monitoring metrics
- Experience creating briefs and schedules
- Strong communication and ability to build relationships with partner teams
- Knowledge of marketing funnel and customer journeys (desirable)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical, results-oriented profile
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Collaborative team player
