About the role
- Manage the expense budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources and financial monitoring
- Handle financial reporting and reconciliations with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and centralize partners' result calculation requests
- Participate in results presentation and accountability meetings, promoting transparency and critical analysis of metrics
- Serve as the focal point within the Planning team for partnership-related requests
- Manage cash and accrual views for HEIs, ensuring accuracy of financial information
- Validate cost allocations across all areas, ensuring correct distribution of expenses
- Oversee the media platform, monitoring investments and results
- Supervise CAPEX control, ensuring compliance with investment plans
- Lead cadence meetings with package managers and Cost Center (CC) owners, promoting strategic alignment and efficient resource management
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budget control, forecasting, and cost management
- Ability to track and interpret financial KPIs
- Financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel
