About the role
- Gather learning needs from the healthcare sector based on data, feedback and internal requests, organizing this information to support the area’s decision-making.
- Conduct market research and operational-level market analysis, collecting competitor data, pricing and trends and preparing supporting reports.
- Monitor product KPIs (completion rate, NPS, CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.), update databases, consolidate dashboards and flag deviations or opportunities to the responsible teams.
- Manage the course portfolio, ensuring status updates, deadlines, requirements and basic alignment among involved areas.
- Track requests with internal teams and external specialists, ensuring deliveries progress within deadlines, aligning outstanding issues and updating stakeholders.
- Oversee the operational process for product development and updates, reviewing documents, revisions, checklists and compliance with defined guidelines and standards.
- Support positioning and pricing activities by consolidating information, preparing supporting materials and assisting marketing and sales teams with product communications.
- Contribute to the implementation of improvements in formats and methodologies, assisting with reference research, operational testing and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports and performance analyses, ensuring visibility of product status, results and ongoing deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
- Understanding of market and competitor analysis, with the ability to collect and organize data;
- Familiarity with product metrics (NPS, completion rate, CAC, etc.) for monitoring and updating reports;
- Experience with operational-level data analysis tools (Excel);
- Basic knowledge of compliance and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) applied to course operations and data handling;
- Good written and verbal communication to record information, support alignments and prepare clear materials;
- Analytical skills: interpret data, identify inconsistencies and structure information clearly.
