About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Technology Manager in monitoring daily workflows and making real-time adjustments.
Communicate regularly with the operations team to maintain high productivity and resolve daily queries.
Track daily processing metrics and compile comprehensive weekly reports detailing production volume.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members for course corrections.
Identify skills gaps and training needs within the team and execute strategies for staff development.
Maintain full transparency of workflow queues, productivity metrics, and performance risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in operations processing, with demonstrated skills in managing workflow and process improvement (Required).
Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are preferred.
Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
