About the role

  • Assist internal teams by clearly explaining complex concepts related to product features, functionality, and usage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated product-related inquiries and provide expertise for resolving complex questions.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to assist with product questions, gather insights, and proactively support client requirements.
  • Spearhead early adoption of system enhancements/changes while driving initial user feedback, understanding and validation.
  • Participate in annual and larger-scale product management initiatives to support company objectives in particular as seasonal and legislative demands require.
  • Notice trends and gaps in product understanding within internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the training team by reporting those identified needs to proactively enhance our internal team experience.
  • Achieve annual product certification to enhance efficiency in team support and ultimately promote a better customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation providing clear resolution and ensuring information is understandable and accessible.
  • Engage in special product projects as assigned, adapting to shifting priorities to meet project goals effectively.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and skilled in navigating internet-based programs.
  • Familiarity with the UKG Ready platform and JIRA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret product-related information to make recommendations and address inquiries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex product details across different levels within the organization.
  • Effective interpersonal and presentation skills, projecting a professional and positive image while engaging with internal teams and clients.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to shift priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness in handling various product-related projects, demonstrating a results-driven attitude and ownership of outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the HRIS/HCM industry, with a focus on product support preferred.
  • Prior experience with the UKG Ready platform is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel as needed, ideally once per year, for training and team collaboration.
