Serve as the main liaison between the marketing team and Workforce Go.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with brand leaders.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, sponsored events and campaigns.
Develop detailed project plans in Jira, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Workforce Go leaders to identify needs and propose innovative marketing solutions.
Manage the Content Writer and Marketing Specialist assigned to Workforce Go.
Prepare and manage budgets for projects and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field Required; A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
10+ Years of Proven Experience in Marketing, including developing and executing marketing strategies.
5+ Years of Experience in a Leadership Role, managing a marketing team and working closely with senior leadership.
Proven Experience in Customer and Market Research, with a strong track record of developing insights-driven marketing strategies.
Experience in a B2B Marketing Environment Preferred.
Deep understanding of all aspects of marketing strategy development, execution, and evaluation, including digital, content, social media, and traditional marketing.
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in leading and developing marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Ability to gather and analyze information to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with marketing automation software, CRM systems, and web-based programs.
