About the role

  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to clarify project needs, establish scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct research, surveys, and data analysis to develop insights into business and solution requirements, optimizing HCM configuration based on findings.
  • Identify and troubleshoot implementation challenges, presenting various solutions and engaging with clients to select the best-fit approach.
  • Design and suggest improvements to clients and team members, implementing new procedures and training as needed to support optimized client operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including client requirements, testing protocols, and implementation status reports, ensuring transparency and continuity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, sharing progress updates and insights through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in implementation procedures to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance overall client experience.
  • Actively collaborate with Professional Services team members to ensure consistent support across assigned projects, providing insights and guidance to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 + years of experience in professional services or consulting, ideally within the HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions space, with emphasis on payroll.
  • Proven experience in client-facing implementation projects and the ability to adapt best practices to individual project needs.
  • Prior exposure and/or knowledge within the industry, including but not limited to workers unions, prevailing wage, and fringe benefits.
  • Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
