About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engineer and architect firewall infrastructure for Client sites globally
- Expert in Cisco firewalls and implementation in a manufacturing environment
- Lead project to convert from Cisco ASA firewalls to Firepower OS
- Set up servers and Firewall Management Console to manage and monitor firewalls
- Covert each set of firewalls for each site; combine firewalls when more than two exist
- Transition support to offshore Operations team after firewalls are converted
- Day to day troubleshooting
- Available for off-hours project work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Cisco routing/switching experience
- Knowledge of Aruba SD WAN
- Palo Alto firewalls experience
- Cisco voice knowledge
- Bachelor's degree
