About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process the daily flow of Commercial Accounting Declaration (CAD) adjustments and mass corrections.
Manage the lifecycle of post-entry corrections, ensuring all filings are submitted accurately.
Conduct systematic internal audits of CADs before they are finalized.
Identify trends in entry errors and work to resolve them at the source.
Manage the administrative submission of Canadian export declarations (CERS).
Facilitate daily maintenance within the CARM Client Portal (CCP).

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Canadian customs brokerage operations or a technical compliance role.
Strong working knowledge of the Customs Act and the CARM portal.
A CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation is required.
A valid Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) / Qualified Person designation is considered a strong asset.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation and experience with modern brokerage software.
