Key responsibilities & impact

Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing to validate system behavior.
Review requirement documentation and develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps in requirements and test coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
Validate complex user flows and edge cases that are not ideal for automation.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and defect triage meetings.
Communicate test progress, risks, and quality insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of software testing, with ability to become proficient in Visual Studio, C#, and .NET-based applications
Working knowledge of Power Apps
Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile principles
Ability to perform manual testing with attention to detail
Solid documentation skills and strong analytical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts
Collaborative mindset with a passion for improving product quality
