About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing to validate system behavior.
  • Review requirement documentation and develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify gaps in requirements and test coverage and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Validate complex user flows and edge cases that are not ideal for automation.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and defect triage meetings.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and quality insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field
  • Knowledge of software testing, with ability to become proficient in Visual Studio, C#, and .NET-based applications
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile principles
  • Ability to perform manual testing with attention to detail
  • Solid documentation skills and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead testing efforts
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for improving product quality
