Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational leadership across business development, capture, proposal, innovation, and partnership functions
Support identification, prioritization, and shaping of strategic opportunities
Align innovation initiatives with growth priorities and customer needs
Coordinate strategic partnerships and joint ventures
Ensure growth activities align with executive priorities
Strengthen collaboration between Growth, Delivery, Technology, and Executive teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
15+ years of experience in federal contracting
Strong understanding of GovCon growth models
Excellent leadership and communication skills
