Finance Administrator
9H DigitalFinance Administrator supporting day-to-day finance operations within 9H. Responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting reporting processes, and assisting with VAT submissions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Posting business expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Issuing and tracking sales invoices
- Performing regular bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting VAT return submissions and related reporting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- General finance and admin support across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Comfortable using accounting or finance systems/software
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Proactive, reliable and takes ownership of tasks
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting support role (preferred but not essential)
- Basic understanding of VAT and bookkeeping principles
