Solutions Engineer

• Build and maintain robust integrations between the H6 platform and core financial systems like Xero, Business Central, Sage, and NetSuite.
• Implement both API-based and RPA-driven automations for legacy systems.
• Ensure the seamless flow of data, enabling AI agents to autonomously process invoices at scale.
• Automate procure-to-pay workflows by processing invoices and allocating costs.
• Design and implement connectors for invoices, purchase orders, vendors, the chart of accounts, and other financial objects.
• Build unified schemas that abstract system specific differences and feed clean, structured data into H6’s Accounts Payable AI.
• Develop secure, multi tenant integrations using OAuth2, service accounts, and API keys.
• Implement background sync jobs with retry and recovery logic to guarantee consistency across systems.
• Create automation flows for platforms that require browser or screen level interaction using RPA techniques.
• Collaborate with the AI and Core teams to ensure smooth posting, reconciliation, and validation across ERP platforms.
• Contribute to the H6 Integration SDK to make onboarding new ERPs or legacy systems faster and more standardized.

ERP, RPA Integration Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices into the accounting system.
• Process and post daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain and organise all physical and electronic financial documentation and files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
• Assist the team with month-end closing procedures and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Manage general office operations, including purchasing, travel coordination, office cleaning and maintenance and supporting the teams within the business.

Finance & Office Administrator

Accounts Receivable

• Actively manage and maintain customer accounts, proactively contacting debtors via phone.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies, ensuring terms are clearly documented and consistently followed.
• Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to company policies, data protection (GDPR), and relevant Maltese and European legal standards concerning debt recovery.
• Accurately record all communication and collection activities within the CRM/Accounting system.
• Generate regular reports on collection performance, aging, and potential bad debt reserves for management review.
• Identify root causes of late payments and collaborate with the Sales and Billing teams to improve internal credit control processes.
• Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts, resolving payment queries, and ensuring invoices are correctly applied.

Backend Engineer

• Build and scale the core backend services, APIs, and machine learning infrastructure
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the Intelligent AP application

AI Backend Engineer – Backend & Infrastructure

• Build the AI-Powered Backend: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that drive our Intelligent AP application, managing everything from data ingestion to user-facing results
• Productionise Machine Learning: Deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning models in a multi-tenant environment. You will build and maintain the infrastructure for model serving, inference, and automated retraining pipelines
• Bridge Models and Product: Develop the core application logic that integrates AI predictions into seamless user workflows, including intelligent exception handling and routing
• Engineer for Scale and Security: Implement robust, secure data processing systems for ingesting and structuring complex financial documents (e.g., invoices from APIs, PDFs, emails) while ensuring strict client data isolation and auditability
• Drive System Integration: Build and manage integrations with third-party ERP and financial systems, ensuring smooth data flow between 9H and our clients’ core business platforms

• Use Canva and other design tools to create editable templates for internal and client use.
