About the role
- Design and build integrations between AI tools and client systems (e.g. CRMs, finance tools, internal platforms)
- Develop backend services, APIs and middleware to connect platforms
- Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, automation tools and orchestration frameworks
- Structure, clean and transform messy real-world business data
- Implement webhooks, async workflows and event-driven processes
- Ensure reliability through logging, monitoring and error handling
- Support multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Translate client requirements into clear technical architecture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, integrations, or automation
- Strong Python skills
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of databases and data structures
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n) or similar tools
- Comfortable working with third-party APIs and SaaS ecosystems
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
